  • Depression or low mood

  • Trauma/ PTSD

  • Low self-esteem

  • Work Stress

  • Emotional regulation

  • Relationship difficulties

  • Behavioural problems in childhood or adolescence

  • Family Support

Common services we offer :

  • Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT)

Often the best evidence based psychological therapy for working with difficulties such as anxiety, depression or other common mental health conditions..

  • Dialectical behaviour informed therapy

Similar to CBT, dialectical therapy can be best suited to those needing support to tolerate high levels of discomfort and emotional distress, and managing self-harm or destructive behaviour.

  • Exploratory psychotherapy

For those requiring a less structured and more exploratory approach to understanding their difficulties. The main goal can often be to try and make meaning of a situation that feels overwhelming and uncertain.

  • Systemic family and couples therapy

For those families or couples that are facing a problem and need help to find a way to communicate and connect with one another in order to address the issue.

  • Autism Assessment

We offer an expert multi-disciplinary assessment approach in line with NICE guidelines, including the 3Di and ADOS II assessments. Typically conducted over 3 meetings (one with parents/carer, one with child, one feedback meeting). In addition there can often be liaison with the school or other professionals, before a multi-disciplinary discussion is conducted to discuss the evidence gathered and to decide whether an Autism diagnosis is appropriate. In the 1 hour feedback session a comprehensive report will be discussed. If additional feed-back sessions or other follow-up supports are required this can be arranged at additional cost.
